Free for the whole society.
Creating a society, invites, the society leaderboard, live scoring and the course guides are all on the free plan. Premium (£2.99/month or £24.99/year) adds deeper stats, head-to-head records and share cards. It's entirely optional, and each golfer decides for themselves.

Is it really free?
Yes. Creating a society, inviting members, the society leaderboard, live scoring and the course guides are all on the free plan. Premium is optional, per golfer.
Does everyone need an account?
Yes, a free one, so each golfer keeps their own card and their rounds count on the table. It takes under a minute with Google or an email address.
Do members have to download an app?
No. Log My Golf runs in the browser on any phone, keeps working offline on the course, and can be added to the home screen like an app.
How many golfers can join?
As many as you like. There's no member limit.
Is the handicap official?
No. It's a recreational estimate that follows the same idea as the World Handicap System: ideal for society bragging rights, but not an official WHS Handicap Index, and it can't be used to enter official competitions. How it's worked out →
Can we run a society medal or stableford competition?
Not as a society competition yet. Today the society table ranks handicap estimates, and members can log match play and scrambles against each other. If there's a format your society would use, email support@logmygolf.com: it shapes what gets built next.
Can someone leave a society?
Any time, from the society page. Their own rounds and handicap stay with them.
