Privacy Policy

Last updated: 29 June 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Log My Golf ("we", "us", "the app") collects, uses, and protects your information when you use logmygolf.com and our mobile apps (together, the "Service").

1. Who we are

The Service is operated by James Haken, based in the United Kingdom. For any privacy questions, or to request access to or deletion of your data, contact us at support@logmygolf.com.

2. Information we collect

3. How we use your information

We do not sell your personal data.

4. Where your data is stored

Data is stored using Supabase, our database and authentication provider, on servers located in the EU (eu-west-1). Some technical processing may occur in other regions where our infrastructure providers operate.

5. Sharing

We share data only with service providers needed to run the Service (e.g. Supabase for hosting/auth, and our website host). Some information you add — such as your display name, avatar, and rounds — is visible to other users through social and leaderboard features. We may disclose data if required by law.

6. Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data. You can delete your account and associated data at any time from Profile → Settings → Delete account, or by emailing us. Deletion is permanent.

7. Data retention

We keep your data while your account is active. When you delete your account, we remove your personal data and golf records, except where we are legally required to retain limited information.

8. Children

The Service is not directed at children under 13 (or the minimum age in your country). We do not knowingly collect data from children.

9. Changes

We may update this policy. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above.
