Welcome to Log My Golf. By creating an account or using logmygolf.com or our mobile apps (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms. The Service is operated by James Haken (United Kingdom).
Log My Golf lets you record golf rounds, track scores and handicap, and follow and compete with other golfers. Handicap and statistics are provided for personal tracking and entertainment and are not an official handicap index issued by any national golf authority.
You agree not to: misuse the Service, upload unlawful, offensive or infringing content, harass other users, attempt to access other accounts, or interfere with the Service's operation.
You retain ownership of content you submit (rounds, photos, reviews). You grant us a licence to host and display it as needed to operate the Service, including showing it to other users via social and leaderboard features. You are responsible for content you upload and confirm you have the right to share it.
You may delete your account at any time from Profile → Settings → Delete account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that data will never be lost. Keep your own records of important information.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales.
